Quoted in the Washington Post

Many of you know I’m the Marketing Director of IVAA (until March 31, 2010 anyway). Today one of my Google Alerts for IVAA came in and I was pleased to see I was quoted in an article by the Washington Post online. Not too bad an article!

New book available by Darryl Duke: Why I Pray In the Shower

My client, Darryl Duke, is one of my Facebook friends. And on there I saw his post announcing his book is now available. As much as I’d like to write a review for him, since I’m his editor, I’m afraid it would be too biased! So I’m just announcing the release of Why I Pray in the Shower: A Journey From Fear to Belief in Myself . This memoir explores Darryl’s struggle with alcohol addiction, his recovery, and his journey to becoming a better person than he was before. I think you’ll enjoy how Darryl’s emotion, honesty, and terrific sense of humor shine through in the pages of this book.

I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting Darryl in person yet, but I look forward to meeting up with him at one of his upcoming book signings in the Central Pennsylvania area. Don’t forget to check the book out!
